Licencing Conditions
I own the majority of the copyright for this site. There may be some content which is not mine, in which case I will explicity state that close to the content.
Where I own the copyright I am keen to share it with others, but only on condition that they do likewise and do not exploit my generosity for their own financial gain.
Licencing of Software
Of consequence of the desire expressed above I am licencing software (and all related artifacts - such as accompanying html templates, text files, graphics etc) without any warranty; without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose under version 2 of the GNU General Public Licence (GPL).
Explicit statements in the software will re-iterate the licencing conditions.
Licencing for the Remainder of the Site
A similar desire exists for the the remainder of the site and so this 
is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 2.0 England & Wales License.
