I have had the privilege of working with lots of talented people to make this happen, and have been honoured to have been asked to be joint webmaster of the web site. UPDATE 20th April 2020 - After almost 13 years (including the last 10 where it has been hosted by me on the same server as this blog) this web site is finally closing. Its final end is not yet decided, so check the site to see if its still there. If it is either a note will be left saying what will happen next, or you will already have reached its reincarnation.
